Dhangmari is a village located in the region of Khulna (approximately 40 km / 25 mi away from Khulna city), situated on the west side of the Pashur River across from Mongla Port. Dhangmari Khal (a small river) separates the village from the Dhangmari Wildlife Sanctuary and the Karamjol Ecological Park and Wildlife Breeding Center.
