Our eco-cottage is built in a village bordering the Sundarbans Reserved Forest, where you can be lost in the beauty of nature. We have 5 cottages, all built using natural materials like hugla, nypa palm, cane and bamboo. Two of them are over-the-water bungalows with sunset views, two others have lake views and the final is the largest cottage which could hold up to 12 guests.
Guests are welcomed with refreshments and flowers. Seasonal fruit juice – lemon, watermelon, honey melon, mango, papaya, wood apple, and orange - is provided in the price of your stay. We organize boat trips in the small canals of the forest and provide home-made local food.
Come taste the different varieties of local fruits and swim in the lake, enjoying the colorful sunset from our over-the-water cottages. Local activities also include: fishing, shrimping and visiting the fisherman village and shopping at the village market. Boiddar Bazar is held bi-weekly on Saturday & Wednesday.
